5. Holiday projects, such as making 'artefacts' and research, may be given.

Home learning should not be stressful and works best when parents are supportive, work with their children and ensure home learning is done in most appropriate environment.

Please remember that Y5 & Y6 have opportunities to use RM Maths before school. There is a 'Homework' club after school on Wednesdays 3:20 - 4:20.

Where children do not do the expected home-learning, they get the 'opportunity' to do it during Golden Time and play times.
, 25 Apr 2017 17:46:16 GMTMobile App for school website
For those of you who use your mobiles to organise your lives - Thorogate School Website has an App for Android and iOS (Apple) mobiles.

This App keeps you up to date with News, the school Calendar and recieves push notifications for announcements. Perfect for mums, dads and grandparents.
, 24 Apr 2017 20:26:45 GMTY1 parents watched their children in their green screen film
It was great to see Y1 and many of their parents enjoy the film of Y1 dancing through the decades - we have a plan on sharing it.
, 24 Apr 2017 19:50:48 GMTY4 at the CLC
Y4 had a great day at the CLC learning about coding - more information to follow soon.

<img alt="" src="/images/news/IMG_20170424_143842242_BURST000_COVER_TOP.jpg" style="width: 300px;
